The 2026 Ralston Fellows were selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants for their demonstrated commitment to principled leadership, mentorship, and meaningful community-building. Chosen for both what they have already contributed to Stanford and how they hope to grow as leaders, this inaugural cohort represents a wide range of academic disciplines, campus communities, and lived experiences. Their leadership spans athletics, student government, public service, the arts, research, Greek life, advocacy, entrepreneurship, cultural organizations, and peer mentorship, reflecting the breadth and depth of undergraduate student life at Stanford. Together, they embody the spirit of the John Ralston Stanford Leadership Fellowship: students who lead with integrity, invest deeply in others, and seek to build institutions and communities that change the world for good.
